Job summary

Mount Carmel in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sonographer to join our cardiovascular imaging team. The ideal candidate holds ARDMS RVT/RDCS/RCS/RVS credentials, is BLS certified, and has at least one year of cardiovascular imaging experience.

Qualifications

• ARDMS RVT and/or RDCS/RCS/RVS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in cardiovascular imaging.

Responsibilities

• Performs all ultrasound studies according to policy and procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients and answers questions.
• Reviews orders to ensure correct procedure and patient identification.
• Communicates data to care team and collaborates across departments.
