You will manage scheduling, reports, and procurement, while handling accounts payable, payroll, and charge entry. Strong communication and care for patients and teams are essential in this multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of previous clerical/administrative experience (Required).
• Experience in a medical front office or customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to department operations and administrative support to the Leader.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling meetings, and prepare departmental reports.
• Process accounts payable, payroll, mileage reimbursements and operational information.
• Responsible for supply ordering and charge entry; provide technical/administrative support to staff.
