Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct care for a specific patient population within an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care and overseeing activities across nursing peers, physicians and support services.

The role requires a BSN in progress (or willingness to pursue within three years), at least six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation, and a strong commitment to teamwork, patient focus and ongoing education; national

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency Program participation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving lives, exceptional teamwork, ongoing education, and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
