Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, take accountability, and deliver high-quality patient care in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Assess and document patient health data and condition changes.
