Qualifications

• Associate or diploma in nursing is required.
• NJ State Professional RN license.
• BLS HCP certification within 60 days.
• BSN in progress or within 3 years of hire.
• Six months or more nursing experience or Nurse Residency program.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong teamwork, patient-focused care.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Critical Care/Stepdown/ED experience preferred.
• Telemetry certification preferred.
• National certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delegate and oversee care as assigned.
• Adapt to changing patient needs with accountability.
