Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing is required.
• Active NJ RN license and BLS certification are required.
• BSN in progress or commitment to complete within 3 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing practices per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Communicate with patients and care team regarding status and plans.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation tools.
• Document patient assessments and plans at the point of care.
• Educate patients and families for health management and wellness.
• Discharge patients through multidisciplinary coordination.
