Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Must have at least 6 months of nursing experience or be an active participant in our new grad nurse residency program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on evidence-based policies and standards.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and support services.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and outcomes in real time.
• Ensure safe medication administration using bar-scanning technology.
