Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement care plans based on patients' needs.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care with health care team.
• Provide education to patients and families, including discharge planning.
• Prioritize interventions based on patient condition and unit standards.
