Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Tele RN experience
• RN license required
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of start
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry patients and respond to changes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Texas Nursing Practice Act and policies.
