Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS.
• 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings, with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admin and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost and finance, HR, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Promote patient/family-centered services and value-driven outcomes as part of the Shared Governance Model.
