Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced registered nurse to coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care across the lifecycle during shifts. You will provide clinical care as needed and communicate patient and staff needs to leadership.

The role requires extensive certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, PEARS, BCLS) and hospital experience. You will serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff, ensuring safe, evidence-based care on high-acuity units.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RN license in Georgia required.
• Active BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients during shifts.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader.
