Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evanston Hospital. The role is full time/part time at 36 hours per week, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:30pm, rotating weekends.

You will provide nursing care, apply the nursing process, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead unlicensed personnel to deliver high-quality care. Ideal candidates have a BSN preference, IL RN licensure, and BLS/CPR certification; 1 year nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred and IL RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
