Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evanston Hospital in Illinois. This full-time position (36 hours per week) offers Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends.
A BSN is preferred; current IL nursing licensure and BLS/CPR certification are required, along with at least one year of nursing experience. You will deliver nursing care across patient populations, use the nursing process to plan and evaluate care, maintain compliance, mentor unlicensed staff, and
Qualifications
- BSN degree preferred and IL RN licensure required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
- Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
