Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the care team at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. The role is full time with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00am–7:30pm, with rotating weekends.

BSN preferred; IL RN license and BLS/CPR certification required. One year of experience recommended. Competitive pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80 per hour, with minimum increase to $37.25 beginning in October.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN degree preferred or equivalent.
• License: Current IL Registered Nurse license required.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
