Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evanston Hospital. The role is full time/part time at 36 hr/week with hours Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 7:30p, rotating weekends. Hourly pay ranges from $36.00 to $55.80, with a new minimum of $37.25 base pay starting October.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing care and coordinating with licensed and unlicensed staff. Requirements include a BSN preferred, IL nursing licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

BSN degree preferred.
Current IL nursing license required.
BLS/CPR certification required.
Minimum 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
