Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evanston Hospital, offering 36 hours per week with a night schedule (7:00 pm–7:30 am) and rotating weekends. This full-time/part-time role requires IL licensure, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification.

You will provide nursing care to diverse patient populations, apply the nursing process, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading unlicensed staff and upholding safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

BSN degree preferred.
Current IL nursing licensure required.
BLS/CPR certification required.
1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
