Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Evanston Hospital. This full-time night position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 pm–7:30 am with rotating weekends; location Evanston, IL.

IL RN license required; BSN preferred; BLS/CPR; 1 year experience. You’ll provide comprehensive nursing care, use the nursing process, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise unlicensed staff, and promote safety and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN degree preferred.
• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience: 1 year experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
