Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA, is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to operate ultrasound equipment and perform diagnostic exams in a patient-care oriented setting.

You will work with radiologists, provide services across neonatal to geriatric patients, and must obtain ARDMS/ARRT/CCI certification within 6 months. BLS certification is required.

Formación

• Graduate of a JRCERT approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
• Must become certified by ARDMS or ARRT or CCI within 6 months of employment.
• BLS certified.
• Registered ARDMS, ARRT and/or RVS/RVT (Registered Vascular Specialist) preferred.

• Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology.

• Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Graduate of an JRCERT approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:None, must become certified by ARDMS or ARRT or CCI within 6-month of employment.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:None
