Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, TX, seeks a Cardiac Sonographer 2 to perform transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiography. The role involves patient prep, image review, and coordination with physicians. On-site work with potential travel for training and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Technical or Associates degree program in Radiology.
• At least 2 years of professional echocardiography or vascular experience.
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer credential desired (RCS/RDCS).

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic, transesophageal and stress echocardiography with proper documentation.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures and review images with physicians.
• Maintain equipment and assist in ICAEL accreditation activities as needed.
• Collaborate with cardiology fellows and students during rotations.
