Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonography professional to operate ultrasound equipment and perform clinical diagnostic exams in accordance with established standards.

The role provides patient services across neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. No prior experience is required, and BLS certification is required upon hire; sign-on bonus available, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology.
• Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.
