Job summary

Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks a Project Manager for Digital Physiology Cardiac Solutions to lead studies from startup through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate sponsors, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams, develop study plans, manage documentation, and oversee budgeting, timelines, and data integrity for global trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• PM certification by Clario required as applicable to the line of business.
• 1–4 years of project management experience in pharma/biotech/clinical research.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.
• Understanding of drug development and clinical trial lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of cardiac safety studies.
• Translate customer needs into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate equipment distribution, tracking, and inventory management.
• Create and distribute study reports, metrics, and communications.
• Ensure archival and regulatory compliance of study data and docs.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and resource utilization.
• Oversee budgets, revenue forecasting, and scope management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; escalate as needed.
• Lead meetings with sponsors, sites, and governance forums.
