Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or related fields preferred.
• Experience supporting project teams, clinical operations, or sponsor communications desirable.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Project Managers with day-to-day project administration across imaging studies.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, study materials, presentations, reports, and records.
• Participate in sponsor calls, meetings, and cross-functional discussions.
• Review study protocols to understand requirements, timelines and imaging deliverables.
• Liaise between internal teams to ensure timely milestones and deliverables.
• Assist with startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities across study lifecycle.
