Job summary

Clario, a Thermo Fisher Scientific company, seeks a Cardiologist to provide scientific and medical leadership across cardiac safety, efficacy, and digital physiology solutions. In this high-visibility role, you will partner with pharmaceutical sponsors, contribute to regulatory strategy, advance endpoint development, and serve as a trusted cardiology expert internally and externally.

Qualifications

• MD degree and board certification in cardiology.
• Extensive experience in clinical cardiology and ECG interpretation.
• Experience consulting for pharmaceutical sponsors preferred.
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiology expertise to sponsors across protocol design, safety strategies, and regulatory representation.
• Serve as cardiology liaison across internal departments to support cardiologist activities and cardiac solutions.
• Support Digital Physiology and other endpoints through clinical consulting and cross‑unit collaboration.
• Participate in client discussions for studies requiring cardiac safety or efficacy approaches.
• Develop and maintain Cardiology Review Guidelines and related SOPs; contribute to policy updates.
• Stay current on advances in cardiac safety and educate internal stakeholders as appropriate.
• Support ECG core lab activities to improve interpretation quality and efficiency.
• Provide scientific and clinical input to sales efforts as needed.
• Contribute to system development and validation for EXPERT and other Clario platforms.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and sponsor interactions; drive statistical innovation across business lines.
