Clario is hiring a Project Manager II for its eCOA team to lead study planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of clinical research projects for global customers. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives while maintaining rigorous study documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities include managing timelines and budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and preparation for investigator meetings and client discussions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead study planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities for eCOA projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget objectives are achieved.
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support successful study execution.
• Develop and maintain study documentation, reporting, equipment distribution, and study archival activities.
• Monitor study timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation activities.
• Identify study risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalade issues appropriately to stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external communications to promote collaboration, resource alignment, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Resolve customer concerns through effective problem-solving and issue tracking to ensure timely resolution.
• Serve as the project management point of contact for operational readiness related to new product initiatives.
• Present study services during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and client-facing discussions as needed.
• Support business development activities, contribute to revenue growth initiatives, and assist in training new project management team members.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or related industry.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience supporting clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or related healthcare programs.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, scope changes, and financial tracking activities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
• Clario Project Management Certification required, as applicable by line of business.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and maintain a valid passport for international travel.
