Job summary

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Fenton in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on the 4N unit during the night shift. This role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based nursing on a 36-hour week schedule with strong teamwork.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; no prior experience required. You will collaborate with the inter-professional team to plan, implement and evaluate care, educate patients and families, and promote safe, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required, on-site hospital role.
• BLS HCP and RN licensure in applicable state(s) required

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care using standards of medical-surgical practice to improve patient outcomes.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships and advocates for patients and families.
• Applies nursing process to develop and evaluate care plans and outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on health measures and disease management.
• Collaborates with inter-professional team to coordinate care.
