Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to increase quality of care and quality of life for the patient and family.
• Establishes relationships and advocates with patient and family to support care plan.
• Uses the nursing process to develop and implement the plan of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Develops holistic assessment and management strategies across physical, cultural, social, and developmental dimensions.
