Job summary

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Fenton is seeking an RN for night shift to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role requires completing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with the inter-professional team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure and BLS certification is required. No prior experience is necessary; full-time employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing, or education equivalency for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Uses standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to increase the quality of care and quality of life for the patient, family, and significant other(s).
• Establishes effective relationships and serves as an advocate with the patient, family, and significant other(s).
• Uses the nursing process to develop and implement the plan of care, collect assessment data, determine diagnoses, and evaluate outcomes.
• Develops assessment and management strategies considering physical, cultural, social, and spiritual dimensions of health.
