Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program.
• RN licensed in Texas or eligible for multi-state license.
• BLS/ACLS certification required; NIHSS encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments.
• Prioritize nursing interventions based on assessment findings.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient care.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to policies and standards.
• Educate patients and families and provide ongoing updates.
