Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shared 24/7 accountability with Nursing Operations Manager.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of unit staff.
• Coordinates with Nursing Operations Manager and HR on corrective action and career advancement.
• Investigates event reports and provides feedback to leadership.
• Oversees unit schedules to ensure proper staff mix per shift.
• Maintains patient flow oversight and intervenes to achieve outcomes.
