Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio invites an experienced Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join its Heart & Vascular Institute, a collaborative program with a strong referral network and advanced procedural capabilities.

The incoming physician will work with an experienced team to deliver innovative, patient-centered cardiovascular care, including high-volume ablations and device therapy, in an integrated health system with ample academic and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
• Completion of Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship training.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Experience with lead extractions is preferred.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient-centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Involved in high-volume EP procedures and complex ablations as part of a collaborative program.
• Deliver patient-centered cardiovascular care within an integrated health system.
• Collaborate with EP team for consults, outpatient care, and peri-procedural management.
