Job summary

Summa Health's Heart & Vascular Institute in Akron, Ohio, seeks a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a collaborative program with a strong referral network and advanced procedural capabilities. The incoming physician will work with an experienced EP team dedicated to innovative, patient-centered cardiovascular care within an integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
• Completion of Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship training.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with lead extractions is preferred.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative electrophysiology program with a strong referral network and advanced procedural capabilities.
• Perform high-volume complex ablations, CRM device implants, laser lead extractions, and LAA occlusion devices.
• Provide EP consults and participate in cardiology fellows' education.
