Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our nationally recognized Heart & Vascular Institute. The role offers a collaborative EP program with a strong referral network and advanced procedural capabilities within an integrated health system.

The incoming physician will join an experienced team focused on high-volume ablations, device therapy, and innovative electrophysiology.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiology with EP subspecialty.
• Completion of Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship training.
• Unrestricted Ohio licensure or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume electrophysiology procedures including ablations.
• Lead CRM device implants and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cardiology fellows and EP team for patient care.
• Participate in clinic and inpatient consults with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support potential EP Medical Directorship opportunities.
