Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an echo/ultrasound technologist to provide high-quality cardiac ultrasound imaging and assist with exercise and pharmacologic stress testing for adult patients. The role involves M-Mode measurements, Doppler assessment, and collaboration with cardiology to answer clinical questions.

Qualified candidates will have ARDMS or CCI registration within 1 year and BLS certification. Relocation and sign-on bonuses may be available to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI registration within 1 year.
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• Education: Sonography or Related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality two-dimensional ultrasound studies of the heart and great vessels.
• Identify ECG abnormalities and/or arrhythmia.
• Assist cardiologist in stress echocardiography and TEE procedures.
• Maintain equipment and document studies and findings.
• Participate in mobile echo/vascular service regionally and in callback rotation.
