Intermountain Health seeks an Echo Tech to perform diagnostic cardiac exams under physician direction. The role is full-time with four 10-hour shifts, primarily at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital, and includes on-call responsibilities.

The position requires ARDMS/CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography and BLS. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Compensation is hourly and based on experience.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate technical competence for department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule exams; coordinate with staff, offices, and patients.
• Prepare patients, educate them on procedures, and transport as needed.
• Perform ultrasound exams and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Document results, apply charge codes, and maintain equipment and supplies.
