Qualifications

• HS diploma required; ARDMS/CCI pathway or ARRT licensure considered.
• Associates or Bachelors in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.
• Registered by ARDMS (RVT/RDS) or CCI (RCS/RVS) or board-eligible with certification within 12 months.
• Minimum 1 year cardiovascular imaging experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review physician orders to ensure correct procedure and patient identification.
• Perform echocardiography studies per guidelines and report preliminary findings.
• Enter accurate patient data and ensure report accuracy before dispatch.
