Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Sonographer to perform Echocardiography and/or Vascular diagnostic testing following accreditation guidelines. You will report preliminary findings for physician interpretation and work within organizational standards and policies.

Candidate must hold ARDMS or CCI credentials and have BLS. Associate or Bachelor degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is preferred, with 1 year cardiovascular imaging experience

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in cardiovascular imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Echocardiography and/or Vascular diagnostic testing per Accreditation Guidelines.
• Report preliminary findings for physician interpretation.
• Operate within organizational standards, policies and guidelines.
