Job summary

Ochsner West Bank is seeking an Echo Sonographer for a full-time role to perform echocardiography including 2D/M mode, Doppler, and stress tests, with accurate documentation and patient care. You will support a multidisciplinary team and ensure quality imaging.

RDCS or RCS credentials are required within 6 months, and BLS is mandatory. Flexible scheduling may be needed to cover nights, weekends, or extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Required - RDCS or RCS credential within 6 months of start.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year of cardiac ultrasound experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic echocardiography procedures.
• Compiles history and presents preliminary findings.
• Maintains patient care quality and teamwork.
