Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. seeks a Cardiac Sales Manager to drive direct sales of ablation, AtriClip and cryo nerve block technologies in hospital operating rooms and related departments.

You will develop strategic plans, identify new customers, and expand existing accounts to meet targets. Travel 25-30% is required; a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of medical device sales experience in cardiac surgery are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience with knowledge in cardiac surgery or related space.
• Cardiac surgical ablation systems experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, develop and close sales of AtriCure’s ablation, AtriClip and Cryo Nerve Block technologies in hospitals and ORs.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for designated territory to achieve targets.
• Identify new customers and opportunities through networking and collaboration.
• Increase penetration within existing accounts and coordinate with Hybrid Therapies, Cryo Nerve Block, marketing and education teams.
• Attend industry events and share market trends with stakeholders.
• Mentor field clinical specialists for optimal patient and customer outcomes.
• Manage territory and track customer activity.
