Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Cardiac Ablation Specialist to advance field sales through clinical expertise, education, and strategic market development in Cardiac Surgery and Electrophysiology environments. You will work with field sales, physicians, and care teams to drive adoption and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to deliver high quality performance in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 75-80% and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical and procedural support across ORs, EP labs, and cath labs.
• Collaborate with Cardiac Sales Managers to execute account plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and support educational efforts for physicians, surgeons, and OR staff through presentations and labs.
• Provide intraoperative assistance and real-time procedural guidance to optimize device use.
• Document case activity and provide clinical feedback to inform improvements.
