Job summary

AtriCure is seeking a Cardiac Ablation Specialist to support field sales with clinical expertise in Cardiac Surgery and Electrophysiology environments. The role covers ORs, EP labs, and cath labs, partnering with sales leadership to drive adoption and outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate technical or scientific degree, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel 75–80% of the time to support customers and patient care across Massachusetts.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical and procedural support across ORs, EP labs, and cath labs.
• Collaborate with Cardiac Sales Managers to implement strategic account plans.
• Lead educational sessions for physicians, surgeons, and OR staff with hands-on training and live guidance.
• Provide intraoperative support and ensure optimal device utilization and outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders through in-person and virtual meetings to drive adoption and program development.
• Document case activity, product feedback, and clinical insights for continuous improvement.
