Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an RN with an MSN to serve as an Advanced Clinical Educator for Cardiac services. The educator will develop staff through education, serve as a consultant and leader, and apply adult learning principles to promote evidence-based practice.

The role emphasizes education, competency development, research, and leadership collaboration within the Baptist Health Simulation Center and related units. Strong teaching experience is essential.

Qualifications

• MSN required with evidence of teaching/education experience.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in the served area (Critical Care, Med/Surg, Women's Services, Peds or ED).
• Active RN license required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff through education and staff development initiatives.
• Provide expertise as Educator, Consultant, Facilitator, Change Agent, Leader, and Researcher.
• Foster empowerment and knowledge through evidence-based practice and adult learning principles.
