Qualifications

• MSN is required with at least 2 years of teaching in a clinical or academic setting.
• Active RN license is required; BLS; ACLS and other certifications may be required depending on area.
• Knowledge of adult education principles and ability to develop curricula and deliver education.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff through education, assessment, and knowledge dissemination.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate competency, continuing education, and leadership development.
• Foster empowerment and evidence-based practice using SMART principles and adult learning methods.
• Serve as educator, consultant, facilitator, and role model of professional behavior.
