Job summary

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital is seeking an RN Educator to support clinical staff, lead educational initiatives and advance evidence-based practice on site in Florida.

The role requires a BSN and 2 years of clinical or teaching experience, with ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable. A certification in the specialty or within 2 years of hire is expected, with opportunities for growth and impact within our health system.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher nursing degree required.
• 2 years of clinical or teaching experience.
• ACLS, PALS or NRP certification based on specialty.
• Certification in area of specialty or within 2 years of hire.
• Minimum 2 years clinical education experience in CVOR, ARU, Cath Lab, EP, Perfusionist or Anesthesia Techs.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff in a specialty area and advance clinical practice.
• Plan and deliver innovative education programs.
• Demonstrate clinical/educational leadership and mentor colleagues.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop new programs and improve services.
