RMH Reynolds Memorial Hospital seeks a skilled radiologic technologist to support physicians during invasive cardiac procedures, including catheterizations and device implantations. Requires graduation from a Medical Imaging Program and a current radiography license, ARRT certification by hire date, and BLS within 30 days.

• Graduate of a Medical Imaging Program.
• Must possess current Radiography license as required by state board where services will be provided.
• ARRT credentialing: Registered Radiography Technologist; ARRT certification required within hire or six months depending on location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• State and federal background checks as required for regulated areas.
• Preferred: ACLS Certification and Dysthymia course certification through WVU Medicine within one year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains and prepares medications under direct Physician order for procedure.
• Observes sterile technique while assembling supplies necessary for the physician and lab staff.
• Continuously monitors patient ECG and blood pressure and documents findings for physician review.
• Coordinates the procedural schedule with patient demand and physician schedules.
• Initiates resuscitation and uses cardiac defibrillators under physician supervision.
• Documents procedures accurately in the EMR and assists with inventory control and billing.
• Instructs radiography students in clinical settings and ensures proper patient positioning.
