Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking an Interventional Radiology/Cardiology Technologist to support Cardiac Cath lab procedures. The role requires work under supervision and involves operating fluoro/recording equipment for coronary and peripheral vascular studies to aid diagnosis and treatment.

Required are RT licensure, ARRT radiology credentials, and RCIS or equivalent certification with at least six months in special procedures. On-call and travel within SRHS area are expected.

Qualifications

• RTs must graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• RCIS credentialing by CCI is required or highly preferred.
• Currently licensed Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology.
• Maintain CE credits as required by ARRT; Mississippi licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Cardiac Cath lab procedures and care for patient comfort.
• Prepare and operate fluoro/recording equipment for diagnostic and treatment studies.
• Adhere to aseptic technique and safety protocols to prevent patient injury.
