Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Kentucky is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in cardiac, peripheral, and EP procedures to assist physicians, nurses, and staff. You will help with imaging, equipment operation, and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You must hold ARRT radiography certification with interventional specialties, and preferably an associate degree and prior Cath Lab experience. Compliance with HIPAA and background checks is required.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiography certification and interventional privileges
• Associate degree preferred
• Experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology is helpful

Responsibilities

• Integrates knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and procedures and assists accordingly.
• Maintains expertise in radiographic imaging techniques for invasive cardiac and peripheral procedures.
• Operates laboratory equipment and troubleshoots malfunctions; contacts support personnel as needed.
• Assists in monitoring effects of procedures and responds to adverse reactions/conditions.
• Completes all required documentation for procedures (regulatory, billing, image storage).
