Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Erie, PA seeks a Cardiac Cath Technologist for on-site, full-time support in diagnostic and interventional cardiac, peripheral and EP procedures. The role collaborates with physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care and efficient workflow.

Required ARRT radiography certification with CI/CV/VI or CVIS credentials; RCIS is a plus. ACLS, CPR within 6 months; background checks and HIPAA compliance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiography certification and state registration required or equivalent ARRT credential.
• Certification in Cardiac Interventional Radiography or CV/CI/VI/RS designation preferred.
• RCIS certification by CVI is an eligible credential for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac, peripheral and EP procedures.
• Work with physician, nurse and team to provide safe patient care and achieve outcomes.
• Maintain radiographic imaging expertise for invasive cardiac and peripheral procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot lab equipment; notify support as needed.
• Document procedures for regulatory, billing, image storage and archiving.
