Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) – MUSC Health in Charleston, SC seeks an RN CVP II to perform care during Diagnostic/Interventional Cardiac Procedures and EP procedures. The role supports a 40-hour week, day shift with rotating nights, weekends, holidays and call, in a high-acuity cardiac cath lab environment.

Minimum requirements include nursing licensure in SC or compact state, Basic Life Support, and at least one year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• RN staff hired on or after July 1, 2013 must enroll in an accredited BSN program within two years and obtain BSN within four years of hire/reclassification.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe and effective care and interact with health care team to achieve outcomes.
