Job summary

The RN CVP II at MUSC Health demonstrates competence in care during Diagnostic / Interventional Cardiac Procedures and EP procedures. The role spans scrubbing, circulating, sedating, and monitoring with a strong emphasis on patient safety and teamwork.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Nursing preferred, RN licensure in SC or compact state, and a minimum of one year RN experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday with 40 hours; day shift, rotation nights and call.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing preferred; active RN licensure.
• One year of RN experience required; BSN encouraged.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care in cardiac procedures.
• Perform duties in prep, scrub, and recovery areas as assigned.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe, effective care.
