Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Director to lead department operations, drive strategic planning, and oversee financial budgeting for cardiovascular services. The role focuses on improving patient care quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance within a large health system.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years of interventional leadership experience, and hold BLS/ACLS certification with an Associates degree (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS Required
• Education: Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare and/or business preferred
• Experience: Minimum of five years in Interventional environment with leadership role

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage department administrative operations within the Cath Lab.
• Provide strategic planning, financial forecasting, recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Manage budgets and capital planning to meet quality standards and improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate Culture of Excellence and ICARE standards in interactions with patients, staff and partners.
